BDL REAL ESTATE WEBSITE has been designed for the sole purpose of publishing, to the general public, the properties owned by Banque Du Liban. It is mainly composed of the following sections:

SHOW INTEREST

Contains the required documents that should be downloaded, filled and sent to Banque Du Liban in person or via fax at the address shown below. Banque Du Liban will, at his sole discretion, launch a tender offer concerning the properties of interest. Once the tender offer is launched, all prospective buyers who had already submitted a letter of intent will be contacted to submit a formal offer in compliance with the requirements of BDL.

TENDER OFFER 

Lists the properties that are currently offered for tender in view of the letters of intent received. These properties are also published in the local newspapers at the time the tender is launched. Users can view and print the newspaper AD using the TENDER AD button.

Lists the properties owned by Banque Du Liban which are available for future tender offers upon interest. Users have the facility of filtering their search among several variables based on their needs.

Users have the option to create a profile in order to submit ONLINE Letters of Intent and get notified via email of any upcoming tender offers and portfolio updates.
